Core Development engineers work on diverse, broad-ranging algorithmic designs and are continuously challenged by complex and interesting problems. While being mentored by the core team lead, engineers on the core team are given a high degree of independence to design, implement, and deliver the Tamale RMS. More than anything, core engineers need to be brilliant, well-rounded, open-minded, eager to learn, and driven. Core engineers challenge assumptions and work together to constantly improve existing infrastructure to deliver high performance and robust systems.

The Knowledge Acquisition Group gathers information from every possible data source — everything from Reuters to blogs — then applies sophisticated algorithms to determine which individual pieces of information are relevant for our users. We have an incredibly intelligent user base, and information management is the greatest challenge they face today, and we tackle the hardest problems in the information management space. Knowledge Acquisition's flagship product, Tamale Central, is the newest member of Tamale's product suite, and we believe it will revolutionize the RMS industry.

We deal with challenges from many sources and myriad potential solutions: locating market-moving-forward inefficiencies; creating new information rich graphical visualizations; uncovering significant hidden relationships; all toward feeding the appetite for new ideas. They manage all the details: multiple offices across time zones, a variety of server environments, customer IT and logging, HR and demo needs, etc.
