R & D INTERVIEW PROCESS
A Tamale job interview will ask you hard questions seeking good, creative answers. Although the interview may be difficult, the process of interviewing is easy here. We use a stepped process so that you can meet the appropriate people interested in aspects of your experience, character and potential.
Tamale will work around your schedule, and our recruitment people will help you prepare for each stage of this interviewing process:
1. Receive resumé and cover letter

2. Telephone Interview I — 1 hour
Personality assessment
3. Written Questionnaire — Untimed
Knowledge, skills, communications
4. Telephone Interview II — 2 hours
Two-part technology interview (each part will be done back-to-back)
5. On-site Interview — Full day
Design Challenge, Practical Implementation, Technical Pop Quiz, Interests, Skills, Goals Profile, Brain Teasers, Final Interview
