What is your role at Tamale? |

A: |

I work in R&D for the Application Support team, which focuses on application features essential to the quality of our product and the operations of our company. For example, our deployment system, which has constantly changing requirements; usage statistics and the puzzle of how to quantify user experience; or integration of our product into varying client workflow. |

What is your favorite part of your job at Tamale? |

I enjoy coming in every day to solve exciting and challenging problems, sharing my discoveries with the intelligent and well-rounded individuals I work with, and seeing my ideas and efforts being built and deployed.

What do you tell friends and family who ask what you do? |

|
I tell them Tamale is a rapidly growing software company that services the financial industry, and I often have to explain what a Research Management Solution is: it's an application which helps our users manage the massive amounts of information received daily, to aid in their decision-making.

What do you love to do outside of work? |
|
|
A: |
|
I like to stay active and recently developed a love for yoga! I enjoy traveling, cooking, and visiting local Boston restaurants, attempting to master all sorts of artistic hobbies, and I enjoy blogging about my experiences. I especially enjoy Boston's great cultural scene: the Ballet, Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the occasional Red Sox game. I also enjoy reading: Memoirs of a Geisha is my current favorite — once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down until I'd read the whole thing!
